In this workshop, students will learn different techniques of the ancient practice of pearl knotting. This course will cover floating pearl knotting and double pearl stringing techniques, proper finishing methods, and cleaning, storing, and preserving pearl jewelry. Students will choose from a wide range of freshwater pearls, silk thread, and sterling silver hardware to make and take a precious pearl bracelet and necklace. Students can upgrade their workshop and learn how to make pearl drop earrings! Upgrades can be purchased online or during the workshop and will take an additional 30 minutes.

No experience is necessary.   

The price listed covers basic materials fees, but upgrades are available during the workshop for an additional fee.

All workshops are in person at Linda Blackbourn Jewelry, 3600 Clipper Mill Road, Suite 124. Use La Cuchara restaurant in your GPS, our entrance is on the same patio.
