At Linda Blackbourn Jewelry, our workshops have become an exciting and creative space where anyone can explore the art of jewelry making. Whether you’re a total beginner or just looking for a fun, hands-on way to craft beautiful pieces, our sessions are designed to be enjoyable, easy to follow, and rewarding.

What We Offer

Our workshops teach simple to intermediate jewelry-making techniques in the relaxed and intimate setting of the LBJ studio. You’ll learn how to create stunning pieces using real gemstones and semi-precious stones, working with materials that look and feel luxurious. We don’t teach silversmithing or heat-related techniques here—that’s the realm of the Baltimore Jewelry Center and the Gemcutters Guild (which is right here in Baltimore’s Meadow Mill Building).

Our workshops are designed with current trends in mind, so you’ll leave with jewelry that feels both stylish and timeless. And best of all, each project is carefully curated to ensure it can be completed in the span of a single workshop. You’ll leave each session with a gorgeous, finished piece in hand—a sophisticated “make and take”.
